Mark Snow becomes an FAA DER

Following in his fathers foot steps, Mark Snow becomes an FAA DER with delegated authority in Electrical Systems and Equipment for Part 23, 25 and 27.

Jeremy Snow becomes an FAA DER

Following in his father’s, uncle’s and grandfather’s footsteps Jeremy Snow becomes and FAA DER with delegation in Structures and Mechanical Systems and Equipment for Part 23 and 25 Aircraft.

Special Mission DC-10

This special mission DC-10 was for Raytheon and MDA. All engineering for the airframe modification, cooling system, interior arrangement and aerowindow was provided by Aircraft Technical Service. This aircraft had a 135 inch window that could open in flight. A special un-pressurized room behind the window was designed to accommodate equipment for high altitude experiments.


Ventura Aerospace receives EASA STC for MD-80 Series Rigid Cargo Barrier

Ventura Aerospace received an STC for its DC-9-81, DC-9-82, DC-9-83 and MD-88 Rigid Cargo Barrier. Ventura Aerospace Rigid Cargo Barriers can be found on all current narrowbody freighters currently being offered in the market. This includes the 737-300, 737-400, 757-200 and MD-80. A CRJ-100/200 Rigid Cargo Barrier is currently undergoing installation conformity. A 737-800 Rigid Cargo Barrier is currently in development and an A320/A321 is being evaluated.
