Ventura Aerospace, Inc. obtained an STC ST02375LA for Federal Express Corporation for the installation of a Main Deck Fire Suppression System on Boeing 777F aircraft. This advanced system is expands on the success of the MD-11F and make numerous improvements. The system injects a water based Argon foam directly onto the fire. This foam has been successfully tested on FAA standard fires, Class D metal fires as well as lithium and lithium-ion battery fires.
